Augmented Reality

Augmented reality also offers a virtual environment like Virtual Reality, but its difference from virtual reality is that instead of transporting us to a virtual world, it brings digital images and layers on the real world around us. This can be done through the use of a smartphone. 

This technology is also being implemented in a variety of branches. Such as education, medicine, in companies and language acquisition. You can even  translate a foreign language by scanning through your smartphone. You may also remember Augmented Reality from the Pokemon Go game. It got a lot of attention when the game Pokémon Go made it possible to interact with Pokémon superimposed on the world via a smartphone screen.
